We had a good time here! The room was clean, and beds comfy. The breakfast was tasty, but we struggled to find a spot to sit. Make sure not to get room #311 if you want to avoid noise from the elevator and the street. The staff were super friendly, though, and they made us feel welcome!

Our family enjoyed a pleasant 2-night stay. Trina at guest services really stood out, providing super helpful recommendations and making us feel at home. The walk to Busch Gardens was longer than expected. a shuttle until park closing would help future guests. Overall, a good experience!

The outdoor pool was great for relaxing, and the fitness center helped us stay active during our visit. Just a heads up, the lighting in the King suite could be better, but overall, it was spacious and clean. We loved the mini waffle maker at breakfast!

We had a bit of an issue with some rusted sliding doors, which made it feel less maintained. A room safe would have been handy too.

I loved how close the hotel was to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, making it super easy to explore these thrilling attractions during my stay and enjoy some delicious local treats just a few steps away at Dunkin' and Garden Gyros. plus, the room was clean and breakfast was always fresh and hot each day, perfect for a single traveler enjoying a weekend getaway.

The lobby's fresh and modern decor really impressed me. It felt inviting and accessible, making it easy to navigate with my walker. The staff's friendliness made every interaction delightful, which truly added to my comfort during the stay.

More seating in the dining area would be nice.

Breakfast options were pretty lackluster. the selection didn’t impress, leaving a lot to be desired. I also requested a quiet room far from the elevator, yet ended up just two doors down from it, which made for a disruptive night. The outdoor pool was decent, but it could use some more shading—it's blazing out there!
